Your Instructor for the course

Richard Wade is an experienced Agricultural Health & Safety Advisor and Rural Crime Prevention expert. He has worked in rural health and safety / risk management for over 25 years and has extensive experience in the Agricultural and Landed Estate sectors. Richard currently works with renowned farms and estates throughout the UK, providing practical, pragmatic advice and assistance, enabling organisations to operate effectively while ensuring that their most valuable asset—their people—are as safe as possible at work. Richard holds the NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, the BTEC National Diploma in Environmental Health, and is a Lead Auditor for ISO 45001 Health & Safety Management Systems. He is also the author and developer of numerous other online health and safety and crime prevention courses. Having served 15 years in the British Army in the Royal Army Medical Corps, Richard achieved the rank of Warrant Officer Class 2. He has worked as a Government Health and Safety Advisor in the UK and New Zealand, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his training courses.
