Instructor Bio:

Richard is a Director of Risk and Safety Compliance Services Ltd. He has worked in risk and asset management for over 25 years and has extensive experience in the Agricultural and Landed Estate sectors. Richard currently works with some renowned farms and estates throughout the UK and provides practical, pragmatic advice and assistance enabling organisations to operate effectively whilst ensuring that their people and valuable assets are protected. Richard served in the British Army for 15 years, where he achieved the rank of Warrant Officer Class 2 and has also worked as a Government Advisor in the UK and New Zealand. He brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to his Rural Crime training courses.
